Good hospitality has always been about more than what arrives at the table. It’s about bringing people together. That philosophy has been at the heart of Rakija Lounge, and this fall, we’re carrying it into something new.
We’re proud to introduce Lime Tree Pizzeria and Café, the fourth restaurant concept from Rakija Hospitality – an Italian-style pizzeria, café, and bakery opening soon at 1560 Collins Ave, Suite 2, Miami Beach.
Different cuisine. Different atmosphere. Same love for hospitality.
From the Balkans to Italy, Right Here in Miami Beach
Guests know Rakija Lounge for its Balkan flavors, lively atmosphere, and the kind of dining where food is meant to be shared and the table is rarely rushed. Lime Tree takes that spirit of togetherness in a new direction.
Inspired by the everyday charm of Italian cafés and neighborhood pizzerias, Lime Tree is being created as an approachable place for pizza, coffee, freshly baked goods, and casual dining in Miami Beach. It’s a concept that can become part of your day – whether that means meeting over coffee, grabbing something from the bakery, sharing a pizza, or simply finding a comfortable spot away from the rush of South Beach.
The space itself offers a glimpse of what’s coming. Warm wood, marble tones, bold red lights, an artisan pizza oven, and bakery details create an atmosphere that feels contemporary while holding onto the character of a classic Italian café.

Four Concepts, One Hospitality Family
The arrival of Lime Tree marks an important milestone: four distinct restaurant concepts under the Rakija Hospitality family. Each has its own identity. And that’s exactly the point.
We believe Miami Beach has room for many different ways to gather around a table, and Lime Tree gives us an opportunity to create something more casual, daytime-friendly, and distinctly Italian-inspired.
Lime Tree Pizzeria and Café is opening this fall at 1560 Collins Ave, Suite 2.
